Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RainyRoses account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, and include your printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
